Constellation leads me forward,
regulate my breath and me.
A lonely signal, undiscovered-
is anyone receiving me?

Little Patch of Heaven
03:39
|
|||
Now Cain said to Abel gotta listen to me,
While we’re soarin’ past the king of Cuba
I got a little patch of heaven at the edge of my sleeve,
with the gamma that we’re extra fond of,
It’s been a long, long century, the planet’s been buried
an eternity can last for a while,
So keep calm and carry out solutions are varied.
Shorter time can make the journey worthwhile.
Well now the times are telling we can be loud and satiate.
Girl, put your mini-skirt on,
Half mast your freak flag that constitutes a little
the same old plea just rambling on.
We were never normal people, but be careful not to show it off
Cause Momma don’t allow that you see.
And as the years go rolling on, you’ll still be in my pocket
save that little patch of heaven for me.
Now Cain looked at Abel with an eyebrow uplifted
said I think I’ll be around for a span.
Anything you want it, oh you think you got it
it’s a puzzle of us sons of a man.
Now your little patch of happiness may cause you some problems,
some discrepancies you just can’t rely.
An eye for an eye, a tooth for a planet
a solution you can’t oversupply.

A Man Who Went Missing
04:21
|
|||
There was a man who disappeared,
his train compartment sealed clear.
First Paris bound but soon they found him missing
There was a man with no regrets,
the first to film his cigarettes.
A brother killed the other with no motives
A man went round the ocean
and locomotion left withdrawn.
A hum from the oracles said gravity pulls
the man who spoke out was gone.
Lost him in the fog in Germany
said Edison stenography.
Mechanic cross Atlantic led him homeward.
No gloves, no bags, no jewelry,
no shoes to shine for irony
but nothing but projector’s past could save him.
A man stopped short of the ocean
and vague emotion overwrought.
A cry from the aging fools say gravity pulls,
the man that the land forgot.
A man drowned in the ocean,
and set in motion a claim dismissing.
A hum from the oracles said gravity pulls,
the man who spoke out was missing.

Biosphere Three
03:10
|
|||
Now Louisa was your perfect girl
with a face and a figure made men liquify.
Now she knew no problems in the world
with the near, clear laboratory built up all around her.
From the hundred feet of tubing that led out of her veins,
and the sine wave oscillator leading right to her brains
as long as fossils keep on burning she'll be up to the same old plea,
down in Biosphere Three.
Now Louisa knew no aerodromes
with a face and figure made men multiply.
With a sonic rumble from her plastic home
and a mean, green biosphere was living all around her.
